Please note that refunds are available when you didn't get the items in 30 days. Refunds are also available when you would like to return and we get the original package.

BeltBuy.com keeps returns and exchanges hassle-free! If you are not completely satisfied with your BeltBuy.com purchase, exchange or return it within 30 days for a new product or refund. Shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable. Please contact us by email to begin your return.

Please be mindful that items should be returned in their original product package and in “like-new” condition (not worn, washed, used or damaged). If the item is not in “like-new” condition, please contact our Customer Service team before returning. 

At this time, we are only able to offer free returns to domestic Hong Kong &China customers.

If you are exchanging an item(s), we will ship the replacement item(s) back to you at our expense once we receive the returned item(s).

Please note that we cannot guarantee fit. Although we make every effort to provide accurate information for our products, sizing can vary by manufacturer and may not fit as you expect. 

We process most returns and exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the package.
